Steven I. Pfeffer has been a practicing attorney since 1971 and has been a partner of the law firm of Levin, Shea & Pfeffer, P.A., located in Jackson, New Jersey since 1974.  Prior to the formation of Harmony Bank, Mr. Pfeffer has been associated as an Incorporator, Director and Secretary of First Washington State Bank.

Mr. Pfeffer has served as a Trustee of the Ocean County Bar Association. He is also the past president of Congregation Sons of Israel, Bezalel Hebrew Day School and Mount Sinai Cemetery Association, all of which are located in Lakewood, New Jersey.  Mr. Pfeffer is a partner in a number of development companies which have built commercial buildings in Central New Jersey.  Mr. Pfeffer served in the United States Army Reserve.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers University and a Law Degree from the University of Maryland Law School. Mr. Pfeffer is certified by the Supreme Court of the State of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney.  Mr. Pfeffer resides in Lakewood, New Jersey.
